Awesome product up to now

I have received the tonneau cover very quickly.
Unfortunately I had a defective locking device,
I sent an email with a picture of the item and I have received the part 2 days after. Great after sale service

First impressions of the cover have been great so far. Fast shipping, really good fit, was very straight-forward and easy to install by myself, also seems to be a very high quality product with a unique design/features.

Only critique is that either the rails could be slightly wider, or the locking pins/latches could be a bit longer. If I don't roll down the cover perfectly square with my truck bed, one or two of the pins won't lock down the cover. Not sure if anyone else has experienced this, but figured it was worth mentioning.

Overall very happy & glad I chose to purchase this product!

Bought the hard tri fold cover and had it installed. The quality is better than the back4 that I had on my other trucks. Hank had it installed quickly and it works great.

Quick shipping, pretty easy to install, fits perfect, quality material, only time will tell on the longevity.

Just put the new cover on a couple of days ago. I went with this cover because of the lifetime warranty and other good reviews. If they’re going to back there product with a lifetime warranty I figured it must be good. Every one else is 3 yrs. I was right, the cover quality is built top notch, nothing cheap about it, perfect fit, quick shipping, packaged perfectly and looks great. I emailed them a question about the cover and they got back to me within 10 minutes.

Shipping was quick and I received my cover with a few days. The included instructions were a bit challenging but if you follow step by step with their online video, it took minimal time and was a lot easier. I love the look, functionality and price was great compared to many others!
