Orders are dispatched within one working day. However, should your order coincide with a public holiday, a minor delay might occur. Rest assured, the moment your package is on its way, we'll notify you via email and text, providing the details of the carrier and a tracking number for your convenience.

Expect your delivery within 5-7 working days. Although this is the standard timeframe, exceptions may arise. If your order hasn't arrived after seven working days, or if you encounter any issues tracking it down, please feel free to reach out to us at service@teamzauto.ca. Our team is here to assist you promptly and efficiently.

In the rare event that you receive a damaged package, we advise against opening it. Instead, kindly capture a photo of the damaged section and the overall package and forward these images to us at service@teamzauto.ca. This will allow us to swiftly address the issue, ensuring that your satisfaction with your purchase remains our top priority.
